Yesterday while I was in class I found that my self-defense is great but, my combos are bad.  After a lot of thinking I realized that it was because I was using gaming for my training too much and not enough actual training.  So this morning instead of using my morning video game training for the entire time I started off with doing one of my combinations and go to playing yoga for about 5 minutes when I get sore and get back again.  I realized that the gaming clock isn't really important so long as I practice what I really need to do.  So my new plan is practice what I need to know and use games when I need a warm-up.
